Position: Plumbing Project Specialist
Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed job-site walkthroughs to assess project requirements.
Meet with customers to understand and address plumbing needs, providing excellent customer service.
Review contracts and customer expectations to ensure alignment with project goals.
Provide vital support to the plumbing team by organizing materials, ensuring proper inventory levels, and
coordinating project logistics.
Collaborate with the plumbing team to give direction and guidance, ensuring efficient workflow.
Work closely with project managers to schedule and prioritize tasks, contributing to project success.
Drive company vehicle and equipment to daily jobsites.
Stock and organize material in truck and warehouse.
Supervise and assist plumbers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Organize and maintain accurate paperwork, including job documentation and necessary signage.
Collaborate with other teams and departments to facilitate seamless project execution.
Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
Requirements:
Familiarity with reviewing contracts and understanding customer expectations.

Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
