Starting wage: $27.00 - -$32.00 per hour DOE, w/ benefits package.

This is a full-time office position, 8:00 – 4:00. M-F

We are looking for an individual who is looking for a long-term career in the remodeling and construction industry.

We are a general contractor who does residential remodeling, repairs, and maintenance servicing most of King County. Our office is located in Issaquah, WA

The main job responsibilities for the Remodeling Coordinator are:

Qualify potential remodel leads into viable projects over phone and/or virtual meetings.

Be directly involved in selling Design and Construction contracts.

Use our construction management software to track sales, estimate projects, create project specifications, and manage the schedule & construction on multiple projects.

Interpret information in drawings created by designer/architect into project specifications and submit bid requests for subcontractors and vendors.

Coordinate project walkthroughs, sub and vendor procurement, and date of material deliverables to jobsite.

Review and coordinate changes in the drawings or specifications, and notify all impacted parties (i.e. homeowner, field staff, designer, subs, etc.)

Review project specifications, estimate & schedule with Lead Carpenter prior to project start.

Compile all necessary project info for the Lead Carpenter and create a job folder to maintain onsite.

Prepare agenda for weekly meetings to review project with homeowner to discuss progress, work orders, budget, and payments.

Keep information in management software system up to date at all times during the duration of the project.

The ideal candidate will:

Have construction experience with solid knowledge of construction products, terms and procedures.

A good understanding of reading blueprints and estimating from them.

Have had some customer service and sales experiences.

Have experience with Co-Construct and/or Buildertrend.

Competent in all Microsoft Suite products, and able to easily navigate Excel.

Intuitive technological proficiency is needed in this role.

The ability to deliver a positive customer service experience that will build long-term relationships with clients.
