Our customers call for assistance with product questions relating to order status and delivery updates on their orders. As a customer service agent you are required to handle these requests via phone or email.

Most customers call in by phone. Some customers email. You may also need to place an occasional outbound call and in some cases, you may need to save the sale or take new orders/or replacement orders.

Other functions may include helping customers troubleshoot product issues and review customer history as necessary. You’ll be taking calls and making money from the comfort and safety of your own home.

Plus, you’ll enjoy flexible scheduling, where you use a self-scheduling platform to select when you work and when you don’t. You’ll have the freedom to schedule around your own needs, the needs of your family, and the important events in your life.

All the necessary facilities needed to setup your workstation will be provided free. Hours of operation are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM ET Monday through Friday. You choose your own schedule within those hours of operation.

Prior customer service experience is not required to qualify for this job as we will be providing training from time to time via zoom.
