Ryatt Construction is immediately hiring a Pit ticket operator. This position is responsible for processing tickets for Pit use, including recording fees, volumes, and daily receipts.
Responsibilities:
Post tickets by type, volume, and total daily receipts
Complete Pit tickets
Direct customers to designated dumping areas
Provide customers with pricing and location details
Escort customers to designated dumping areas if needed
Scale house operators may also perform other tasks, such as:
Operating equipment like loaders, and water wagons
Compiling daily equipment logs and reports
Identifying fill areas
Watching for hazardous materials
Picking up litter and recycling materials
Other Admin responsibilities as directed
Work Environment
Able to work in all weather conditions.
The employee is occasionally exposed to moving construction equipment and outside weather conditions.
The noise level in some areas of the work environment may be loud but is typically moderate.
