Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Assist with stocking and organizing inventory to ensure our shelves are always full and our products are easy to find.
Customer Intake: Greet and assist customers bringing in their computers for service, providing excellent customer care from the moment they walk in.
Basic Troubleshooting: Perform initial diagnostics and troubleshooting on customer computers to identify common issues and recommend solutions.
Testing Equipment: Test monitors, keyboards, mice, and other peripherals to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean and organized, creating a welcoming environment for both customers and team members.
What We’re Looking For:
