Full time self storage facility Manager to perform all duties needed to successfully rent storage units, rental trucks, and operate the office including Contact Management software. This is a newly built storage facility in Poulsbo. www.coppertopstorage.com Full time position $23-27/hr depending on experience and includes paid vacation, sick leave, potentially health insurance stipend after probationary period.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Tech savvy as we are a paperless office
Presentable to public
Ability to follow leads
Light bookkeeping skills
Detail oriented
Customer service oriented with ability to sell
Team player as well as independent problem solver
Ability to follow procedures/rules
Able to clean storage units, park trucks, and organize moving materials
Ability to drive a large rental trucks
Must work some weekends. M-F, W-S, S-W… It may vary
This is a NO SMOKING company. No exceptions.
Not necessary to know how to use storage software but must have ability to quickly learn. Helpful to have past experience.
