This is an excellent opportunity for a local, youthful, and mature person who is looking to build valuable professional skills while working in a fun atmosphere. Previous sales, hospitality, retail, or outdoor adventure experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing, enthusiastic, energetic, positive personality, who enjoys engaging with a wide variety of people. Ideal candidates will have an interest in growing into a managerial position.

-Exercises initiative and independence within the limits of training and experience.

-Above average keyboarding skills.

-Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Typical tasks/responsibilities:

-Providing a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

-Greeting excited and anxious skydiving customers.

-Scheduling and rescheduling skydive appointments.

-Calculating and accepting payments.

-Cash till responsibility.

-Customer service/sales (phone and in person).

-Office tasks.

-Precise and accurate legal contract verification.

-Computer work using Microsoft Office (must have 1+yr of experience) and software programs specific to the skydiving industry (training provided).

-Training/coaching will be provided in many areas, including the skydiving industry in general, trade-specific software applications, and contract verification.

-Routine housekeeping tasks around the office and grounds.

In a typical day, the team facilitates the entire skydiving experience for up to 160 first-time skydiving customers. To us, skydiving is so much more than jumping out of an airplane. Skydiving is accomplishing milestones, breaking barriers, and celebrating life! Your participation on this team involves coaching and guiding customers through this process, and sharing in their exhilaration afterwards!

Previous skydive experience is NOT required. Once your training is complete in about 30 days, you will be eligible to make your first skydive on the house!

At Skydive Snohomish, you will be joining an amazing community of people who will become your second family with whom you will build lasting memories, all while developing business skills to boost your professional career.

Additional Information:

-Accepting applicants for a start date in late May/early June.

-Full Time: 30-40 hours/week

-Must be willing to commit to the position through September 2024. Year-round, advancement position will become available for the right candidate.

-Must be willing to commit to working weekends (Sat-Sun) through September. (One full week may be requested off, May-September)

-Wage Range : $18.50-$20.00/hr. Wage will progress to $19.00 within the first 30 days. Additional raises available depending on performance, effort, and ability to take on additional responsibilities.

-Skydive Snohomish is a drug-, smoking-, and vape-free workplace.
