This position is responsible for providing support of a complex nature to our respiratory team, referral sources, and customers across all our Pacific Northwest locations. This position works closely with teams across all locations to ensure high levels of customer service and procedural compliance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, include but not limited to the following:

CPAP/BIPAP proficiency - Maintains a working understanding of PAP devices, their components and how to adjust settings, understanding how to use the respective cloud programs (Airview, Care Orchestrator), interpreting sleep reports, communicating with physicians/clinics regarding sleep referral, ability to create sales orders with appropriate products

PAP setups - scheduling and performing in store or remote setups with customers that includes full training of what the device is, how it works, how to use it and mask selection

Providing compliance reports - accessing various programs (Airview, Care Orchestrator) to create reports per physician requests

Processing Respiratory Orders - Understand insurance requirements and Bellevue Healthcare procedures to ensure timely provision of patient equipment

Maintain working knowledge of all respiratory products and their associated procedures, including, but not limited to: oxygen, suction, nebulizers, trach supplies, cough assist, CPAP, BIPAP, ventilators, Airvo, oscillating vests

Assistance with PAR renewals and O2 CMN recerts as needed

Hands-On Customer Service - Provide in person customer service and help local BCH stores with needs in person

Scan and file patient charts to corresponding electronic records

Provide support internally by responding to emails, phone calls and chats from BHC employees needing assistance with respiratory situations

Act as respiratory point of contact for local branches while in store

Organizes and maintains respiratory patient accounts, researches information as needed

General correspondence (word processing) including memos and e-mails

Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

Other administrative and support work as required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCTION, ABILITIES:

Previous experience with DME, Respiratory Service, Medical Billing or Medical Clerical Work preferred.

Minimum HS Education

High level of efficiency and competency in DME software.

HIPPA Compliance/Knowledge

Minimum of 2 years related experience (Admin, Customer Service, Office Support Type Role), or current BHC CSR

Working knowledge of CRM, Data Entry Type Programs, (Brightree a plus)

Strong Computer Skills

Knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Minimum of High School Diploma, BA or additional education preferred

Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment use

Ability to understand and carry out verbal & written instructions

Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, both verbally & written

Ability to provide effective customer service and build relationships

Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Ability to make recommendations for improvements in approach, concepts and the design of solutions as a member of a team

Must be able to travel to other locations as needed up to 20% of the time

WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday-Friday

8:00am to 5:00pm
