We are seeking a compassionate and self-motivated ABA Therapist who thrives in a dynamic school setting and is committed to creating a nurturing, supportive, and structured learning environment for our students.
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized ABA therapy programs to support students with behavioral and learning needs.
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create a positive and structured learning environment.
Collect and analyze student progress data to adjust interventions as needed.
Support students in developing communication, social, and self-regulation skills.
Provide in-class support to help students engage in academic tasks and classroom routines.
Participate in team meetings to discuss student progress and intervention strategies.
Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and interventions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, special education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience working with children using ABA principles in a school or clinical setting.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to collect and analyze behavioral data to guide interventions.
BCBA certification or RBT credential preferred but not required.
A compassionate and positive attitude with a commitment to student success.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation: Competitive salary contingent upon experience and education.
