We are looking for an experienced Assistant Director to join our team and lead our center in curriculum development, providing exceptional services to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, customer service, and operations.
The Assistant Director assists in promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children under his/her care.
He or She will assist with various administrative tasks, ensuring that all staff are properly trained and equipped to provide quality services and developing strategies to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the center.
Provide leadership and guidance to staff members.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Guide staff on best practices for providing services to clients.
Develop and implement strategies to increase program effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have previous management experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed child care facility.
High School diploma or equivalent
Must meet state requirements for education and additional center requirements may apply.
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation is $23.83-$28.86 based on position, education, and experience.
