WayThrough is dedicated to providing wraparound services to neurodivergent individuals who are also experiencing complex issues such as mental health, substance abuse, trauma, and attachment/adoption. Our aim is to empower neurodivergent individuals with the skills they need in order to take prosocial control over their own lives and treatment. Our behavior skills technicians (BT) work in a team of professionals, including psychologists, BCBAs, teachers and recovery coaches. Under the supervision of a BCBA, BTs provide services to neurodiverse teens/young adults using behavior analysis to build skills that lead to the individual to the realization of their goals. BTs meet our clients where they need the most help, such as maintaining their commitment to their sobriety, building connections and relationships, living independently, and reaching their educational and career goals.
