Provide nurturing childcare for infants and children in a daycare setting for the children of mothers completing residential substance use treatment. Plan and implement appropriate daily activities that meet the individual and group needs; encourage parent involvement, document child progress/activities; provide and maintain an environment that is physically, socially and emotionally safe and healthy. This position is 30 hours per week (6 hours per day). We also have another position that is 2 days per week, Thursdays and Fridays, 6 hours per day.
Compensation: $17.73- $24.44 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. Position is eligible for pro-rated benefits including holiday pay, vacation and sick leave accruals, contribution to a retirement plan, and education funds.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of experience working with children 0-5 years old.
- Have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- While no longer required, as a health care provider BHR highly recommends applicants and employees are fully vaccinated against Covid.
