Children’s Coach for Early & Basic life-skills programs (Ages 6 & Under)

Join our team as a Children’s Coach for our Early & Basic life-skills programs, designed for ages 6 & under! You don’t need to be a black belt—just bring your enthusiasm, patience, and a love for guiding young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and engage young children in age-appropriate martial arts and developmental activities.-Implement class planners and curriculum to provide fun and educational classes.
-Foster a positive, encouraging environment where children can thrive emotionally, socially, and physically.
-Collaborate with other coaches, staff, and parents to ensure a supportive learning experience.
-Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and clear communication with children, parents, and team members.
Qualifications:
-Patience: Ability to remain calm and composed, even in challenging situations.
-Love for Guiding Young Learners: A genuine passion for working with children and making a positive impact.
-Energetic and Enthusiastic Attitude: High energy and enthusiasm to keep young children engaged and excited.
-Compassion: Understanding and supporting children's emotions and behaviors.
-Professionalism: Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and responsibility.
-Collaboration: Ability to work well within a team, with other coaches, staff, and parents.
-Communication Skills: Clear, effective, and child-friendly communication.
-Organizational Skills: Ability to plan and execute structured, age-appropriate activities.
-Prior experience with young children is preferred.
