We are an Early Achievers level 3+ program that operates year round an all day (M-F) educational program serving children ages twelve months to six years.
Our philosophy is inspired by the schools of Reggio Emilia incorporating an emergent curriculum in a child centered environment. Teachers are committed to observation and documentation, reflecting children's work back to them in the classroom, as well as online through Easyfolios.

Responsibilities:
Create and maintain a collaborative relationship with Co Lead Teacher and Assistants in the Classroom.
Support Reggio inspired philosophy with an emergent curriculum based on the children's interests, choices, and developmental themes.
Create a learning environment that invites exploration bringing meaningful discovery, where the environment is the third teacher.
Observe, document and assess children's learning in order to support each child's individual potential.
Build relationships and seek partnerships with families.
Write individual plans for each child based on observational notes, the developmental continuum, screenings, assessments and family input.
Write weekly lesson plans that are reflective and support individual goals for each child, providing opportunities for small and large group interactions.
Engage in meaningful conversations and model eating by sitting down with children at mealtimes .
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be 18 yrs or older.
1 yr of teaching experience in an Early Childhood Classroom desired.
Some ECE preferred.
Full Time Employee Compensation:
