Urgently hiring Aerospace Leadership Instructors!
Are you passionate about teaching and eager to make an impact in the aerospace industry? Spherion is looking for a motivated Instructor at a large aerospace facility in Everett and other locations! Our Instructor will work within the Training Department, playing a key part in delivering engaging training programs on aerospace-related topics.
From developing course materials to conducting hands-on demonstrations, as Instructor, you'll help equip aerospace employees with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. You'll also assess student progress to ensure strong learning outcomes.
No prior aerospace or teaching experience? No problem! While these are a plus, we’re primarily looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and inspire others. Any leadership/education experience is a plus!

Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive lesson plans and training materials in accordance with industry standards and educational best practices
Provide both theoretical and practical instruction, ensuring students gain hands-on experience with relevant tools and equipment
Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and practical evaluations, offering constructive feedback to facilitate improvement
Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of education provided
Maintain a safe and conducive learning environment, adhering to all institutional and industry safety protocol
Instruct students in various aerospace subjects, including but not limited to:
1. Electrical Instructor
Electrical Aircraft installations and assemble work
Electrical Functional Test troubleshooting
Electrical crimping
Electrical soldering
Basic mechanical skills
2. Aerospace Mechanical Skills Instructor
Electrical installations, Bonding & Grounding
Aircraft assembly, Heavy Structure Drilling, and/or Maintenance
Blueprints, productions standards, and/or Functional Test
Aircraft systems operations, familiarization, and troubleshooting
3. Aerospace Seal Instructor
Experience in the application of Aircraft Sealant application
Clean and apply a sealant to aircraft components
4. Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Instructor
Experience in Confined Space, Lock Out Tag Tryout (LOTTO), DOT, and Fall Protection
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner
Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Prior teaching or instructional experience is a plus but not required
Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Flexibility to work across shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) and travel within a geographic area ranging from Everett to Renton.
Mileage reimbursement is available for qualifying commutes beyond the nearest work location.
