This temporary, part-time position serves as the initial point of contact within the school for prospective and current families and provides general administrative support as well as collaboration with staff members on all student data-related activities. Promotion of a healthy and effective school culture aligned with the school’s values and mission is an essential component of this position.
This individual will exhibit professionalism, clear, positive communication skills, and contribute positively to the school community beyond job specific tasks. They will understand the importance of confidentiality, organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail while committing to meet the needs of each member of the community.
Woodinville Montessori School has created a learning environment to support the whole child’s growth and development for the past 40 years. Our teachers are trained to carefully observe and respect children’s individual needs and interests. Environments are prepared with thoughtful, hands-on, Montessori materials. Our classrooms are multi-aged, to allow younger children to learn readily from older children, and older children develop mastery of skills by teaching. The curriculum fosters community awareness and social responsibility. The Bothell campus is conveniently located off I-405 just north of State route 522.
This part-time, temporary position starts as early as October 2024 through June 2024, with the hours of Monday – Friday 9:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferable.
Two or more years of administrative experience, preferably in a school setting.
Understanding of and commitment to Montessori Philosophy, or willingness to learn.
Commitment to professional development and best practices in education.
SALARY/BENEFITS:
Salary range is $24 - $28 per hour, dependent on education, training, and experience. Benefits include paid time off, 403b retirement plan, professional development allowance.
