Job Description:
Like to teach, play, laugh and be happy at work daily - What a coincidence - So do we! We are seeking a Science/STEM teacher for Preschooler/PreK Kids possible for school age kids during school breaks. This role is a part time role 15-25 hours per week. You should love spending quality time and engaging with children between 2-12 years old. We have all sorts of home-cooked yummy meals, story times, daily yoga and free gym, weekly private music class, weekly Spanish session, preschool/PreK preparation and theme-weeks. Unfortunately, the teachers can't take naps after activities like the children do, but we do make up for it with a sane adult/child ratio, competitive pay, and a structure environment. You will also work around young toddlers along with 4-5 other teachers. We have an awesome team with experience in the fields.
What's required:
A passion for Preschool/PreK/Kindergarten and after school program for school age kids. This role will own the development and execution of a Science/STEM curriculum for Preschool/Pre-K through school age children. You should be familiar with creating, hands on lesson plans, comfortable leading Science/STEM learning sessions, and able to keep the attention of our older children for a more academic-focussed curriculum in the afternoons.
What do you need to have:
At least Bachelor degree is required such as Physics, Engineering, Biology, Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, etc.
If you can play music instruments, can teach yoga or gymnastic for young children, you should absolutely apply.

Typical work Hours: Monday through Friday 12:00PM-5:00PM or 1:30PM-5:30PM or 1:45PM-5:45PM or 2:15PM-5:15PM etc.
