We are seeking an Architectural Designer who is passionate about solving the needs and architectural problems of people in the community while expanding their design and project management capabilities. Who we would like to meet:
Passionate Designers who have at least 3+ years of experience working in an Architectural office environment.
Experience and Responsibilities:
A Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Architecture
Strong design, drawing production and technical skills
BIM Software skills required
Organized, detail oriented, self-motivated and committed to excellence
Construction experience preferred
2-5 years of progressively responsible architecture related experience in all phases of new and existing residential or commercial projects.
Demonstrated knowledge of building materials, detailing, and construction techniques related engineering principals and building codes.
Excellent business writing and communication skills, analysis and problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Able to maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy and meet deadlines.
Has strong sketching ability and 3-D computer skills.
Can work independently and is disciplined and motivated.
Has performed some work demonstrating capabilities in sustainable design principles.
