We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Job Description: As the Assistant Construction Project Manager specializing in tile and stone, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of construction projects. You will assist the Construction Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of tile and stone installations. Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, ensuring quality control, and maintaining effective communication with clients, contractors, and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Construction Project Manager in assist planning and scheduling tile, stone while plotting remodel projects.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Construction Project Manager.

Assist in preparing project estimates, budgets, and schedules.

Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to address any project-related issues or concerns.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.

Assist in resolving any technical issues or challenges that arise during the installation process.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on tile and stone installations.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
