Looking for a Experienced Superintendent for Multifamily projects and possible Tenant Improvements at times. The ideal person will have a minimum of 5 years as a Lead Superintendent of projects up to 150 units. This person should be proficient using M.S. project for scheduling, excel and Procore. We also do T.I.'s and possible you could do T.I.'s between projects. All projects currently are in Seattle. Please forward a resume and project list for consideration.
