Responsibilities:
-knowledge in takeoffs, such as blueprint reading preferable tile, countertop and specification details.
-Perform accurate and thorough take-offs.
-Prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
-Prepare estimates with current software in accordance with company standards.
-Identify labor, material, and time requirements.
-Maintain contact and relationships with private individuals and other organizations.
-Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to ensure completion of all duties and tasks
