All Land Surveying is expanding & looking to fill open positions for full-time LSIT (Land Surveyor in Training) & Survey Technicians to work out of our Lake Stevens, WA office. We have diverse projects throughout the Surveying discipline ranging from Boundary Surveys, A.L.T.A. Surveys, Subdivisions & Commercial & Private construction projects. This position is for those with a love for the outdoors and with a desire to master the diverse facets of Land Surveying with a competent and organized team.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work in adverse weather & terrain
2+ years working as part of a land survey crew
Strong work ethic, accountability & communication skills required
Valid Driver’s License
Capable of recording accurate & precise field notes
Knowledge & technical experience on maintenance of survey equipment & instruments
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ year field crew
Work Environment
Work is performed primarily outdoors. Indoor work may be conducted on occasion.
