Renova is looking for an experienced Construction Estimator to partner with us on government and commercial projects up to $1 million.
Responsibilities:
Work with suppliers to obtain material costs and incorporate them into estimates.
Stay up-to-date with current labor prices.
Collaborate with architects and project owners, communicating project details as needed.
Attend bid walks as required.
Details:
Part-time or on-call
Compensation based on project percentage

Requirements:
Experience in construction estimating
Knowledge of takeoffs and pre-bid processes
