Bartley Pawlak Structural Engineers is looking to add team members that have a passion for engineering and design solutions. We have openings for project engineers, project managers, and senior engineering managers to start immediately.
Our office is located two blocks from I-90 and we have fee parking.
The light rail station will be opening soon that's a short walk to our office.
Minimum skill set required:
B.S. in an engineering discipline from an accredited university with an emphasis on structures/structural analysis. M.S. or M.E. preferred.
All experience levels are invited to apply. 3+ years and P.E. licensure preferred.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Experience designing structures with a variety of materials including wood, masonry, concrete, and steel.
Working knowledge of recent and current building (IBC, IEBC, ASCE) and material (AWC, TMS, ACI, AISC) codes.
Skilled in the use of software including AutoCAD, Revit, Risa, RAM, Microsoft 365, Bluebeam.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to collaborate effectively with other engineers, architects, and clients in an initiative-taking and positive manner.
The ability to lead a project from conception to completion, being mindful of allotted time and budget.
The ability to foster strong client relationships and contribute to the growth of the firm.

Pay is from $65K - $125K depending on experience.
