A busy Seattle-based land surveying firm is looking for an experienced Survey Technician. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, skilled in drafting, and capable of processing survey data into clear, accurate drawings.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Carlson Survey and Autodesk Civil 3D
LISP programming experience preferred
Understanding of boundary, topographic, and construction surveys
Ability to read and interpret survey notes and legal descriptions
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Responsibilities:
Process field data into CAD deliverables
Draft survey maps and plats to meet agency requirements
Work with project surveyors to ensure accuracy
Maintain organized CAD files and project documentation
Compensation: $30.00–$45.00 per hour, depending on experience
