Description We are offering an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Lead in the Transport industry. The role is based in Seattle, Washington, United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the accounts payable operations and establishing standard procedures within the team.Responsibilities: Oversee the processing of customer credit applications with precision and efficiency Maintain accurate customer credit records and ensure they are up to date Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary action when needed Train team members on the use of accounting software systems like Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Coupa Ensure all accounting functions are carried out in accordance with established standards Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with accrual accounting principles Manage the automated clearing house (ACH) process for efficient transactions Use Microsoft Excel for data processing and account coding tasks Handle the accounts payable (AP) processes and ensure they are carried out effectively.The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $82,000.Benefits:Medical/Dental/Vision - company paid premiums401k with match2 weeks PTO10 paid holidaysRequirements Applicant must possess significant knowledge and experience in 'Account Coding' operations Proficiency in using 'Accounting Software Systems' is required Familiarity with 'Concur' software will be a valuable asset Candidate should demonstrate strong 'Data Processing' abilities Understanding and managing 'Accounting Functions' is a must Extensive experience in 'Accounts Payable (AP)' is necessary Strong grasp of 'Accrual Accounting' principles is expected Proven experience in 'Auditing' procedures is essential Familiarity with 'Automated Clearing House (ACH)' operations will be advantageous Proficiency in 'Microsoft Dynamics CRM' is expected Knowledge of 'Coupa' software will be beneficial Advanced skills in 'Microsoft Excel' is required Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
