You will serve as an expert brand ambassador, visiting Sephora and/or Nordstrom stores in your local area to engage shoppers and demonstrate all the reasons why Dyson hair styling tools are pioneering and the best that money can buy! As a Dyson Beauty Expert, you will have the opportunity to represent these exceptional products and make a significant impact on customers' personal styling routines.Join us this Holiday Season to create unforgettable experiences and share your beauty expertise, helping customers look and feel fabulous every day!Schedule and Locations:

16 hours per week:

Store visits are scheduled in 8 hour shifts between Friday - Sunday

This is a seasonal program running through January 6, 2025

Sephoraand Nordstrom store at Seattle

What We Offer:

$23.00-$25.00per hour, commensurate with experience

$30.00-$33.00 per hour - currently licensed Cosmetologists

$300 program completion bonus if you work all shifts through 12/31/24.

Paid online training to certify you on Dyson product knowledge

Upscale and interactive work environments

W2 employment with biweekly pay schedule & direct deposit

What you will do:

Share enthusiasm about the Dyson brand with all store associates and customers

Conduct interactive styling demos & product presentations to individuals and groups

Provide engaging beauty consultations and expert product knowledge advice to increase sales

Train store personnel to communicate Dyson information with confidence

Help maintain visual product display standards at shopfront

Establish positive professional connections with store leaders and beauty advisors

Participate in both initial training sessions and team conference calls

Complete surveys with feedback and pictures after each shift

Valid cosmetology license preferred, but not required

High energy and strong relationship-building skills

Experience in hair styling and/or working in a salon environment

Experience in retail beauty sales preferred

Access to reliable vehicle transportation to travel to assigned retail locations

Availability to be scheduled for work Fridays through Sundays

Must adhere to dress code/professional appearance standards and demeanor

Access to a smart device to complete reporting and communicate with district manager

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods of timeActionLink, in good faith, believes that this posted range of compensation is the accurate range for this role at the time of this posting.   • The Airside Experience Specialist is responsible for a variety of duties that contribute towards safely providing requested services for general aviation aircraft, crew and other guests. An Airside Experience Specialist routinely operates ground service equipment and uses knowledge of the company’s policies and procedures to provide efficient and exceptional service to the guests of the private aviation terminal (PAT). An Airside Experience Specialist must be able to work flexible schedules, including night, holiday, and weekend shifts.
