Cash Application Specialist

Description Robert Half is currently working with a dynamic client looking for a Cash Application Specialist. The Cash Application Specialist will be responsible for processing high volume transactions for the accounts receivable department. The ideal candidate will have previous accounts receivable experience while working in a high-volume environment. Attend to customer database accounts

Manage accounts receivables and remittances

Post daily payments including checks to customer accounts, wires and ACH credit transfers

Perform weekly general ledger reports

Handle all differences and discrepancies such as payment issues Requirements - Excellent data entry skills

Knowledge of Cash Applications

Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy

Ability to multitask effectively

2+ years working in an accounts receivable department
