Under direction of the staff nurse, the nursing assistant may deliver routine personal care, perform simple routine procedures that are non-invasive and report any unusual findings to the charge nurse or care nurses. The Nursing Assistant is expected to incorporate and demonstrate the message of Unity Family Healthcare’s stated philosophy and mission in daily performance of duties.
