We are looking for a Digital Growth Marketing Manager to design and develop digital marketing campaigns and integrate them across multiple channels, and different technology platforms. This role will partner with enterprise stakeholders to develop product strategies, with a focus on emerging technologies that will enable customer-experience transformation and digital innovation. This role will create executive level communications, support strategic and regularly recurring decision making such as marketing channel measurement, customer journey analytics, A/B testing and ecommerce conversion improvement.

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Data-driven, decision maker who can analyze data to measure, monitor, and report revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement. Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, assess against KPIs, monitor costs, forecasts and budgets.
  • Define metrics and work with Data Science teams to implement models for attribution, dynamic market segmentation, platform performance, A/B testing and experimentation, and personalization.
  • Act as advisor and partner to enterprise marketing and brands on customer trends / behaviors throughout the campaign customer journey lifecycle.
  • Build growth solutions for our key partners. These could be centered around marketing campaigns, channel activation, or user experience/ conversion optimization.
  • Create, manage, and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns through paid, organic, email, and social channels.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Finance, Sales) to establish digital growth strategies to support revenue goals.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide input and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Use data analysis techniques and tools, manipulate, and analyze complex data from varying sources, connect findings to business initiatives which resultsin recommendations and collaboration with key stakeholders to implement changes
  • Establish content, lead source, and attribution tracking mechanisms using UTMs and other methods.
  • Serve as point person between stakeholders concerned with tracking & reporting for digital initiatives (Campaign Team, Campaign Operations, Marketing Insights, Web Development, and Digital Experience).

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
  • Demonstrated management and operations experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with executives, such as CEO, CFO, and CIO on strategic direction setting and decision making.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and accomplish goals across a highly matrixed organization.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data and present clear recommendations based on result.
  • Proven decision making and leadership skills.

Education & Licenses

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent credentials; Master’s degree and/or PMP or other related Operations certification designation highly desirable.

Travel Requirements

  • This position requires travel up to 15% of the time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Sociology, Statistics/Mathematics, or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Digital Marketing position.
  • Experience working with social media & customer data platforms, tag management, customer experience analytics, web analytics, customer feedback tools, and major marketing technology platforms (Google Analytics, GTM, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Skilled in leveraging SQL and/or similar queries to analyze data.
  • Adept at data analysis using Excel, Tableau, and other query tools.
  • Ability to communicate, influence, and deliver with cross-functional teams and enterprise stakeholders.
  • Adept project and process management experience, sometimes across other teams.
  • Self-motivated with high degree of initiative and excellent follow-up skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excels in a fast-paced agile team embracing testing and learning, prototyping, failing fast, and collaboration.
  • Strong customer focus, ownership, bias for action, and curiosity.
  • Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or other relevant coding languages across email and web.
  • Experienced in matrixed organizations; able to drive results through collaboration and influence.
  • Full understanding of the marketing funnel enabling attainable goals and campaign KPIs, and deriving actionable insights from performance tools.
