Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. The role involves supporting two Directors on our Core Selling Partner Experience team in Seattle, Washington. The Executive Assistant will handle confidential information and maintain professionalism in dealings with senior executives. Responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. The candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside the group.Responsibilities

Essential Skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience providing support to senior leadership
Experience with Executive Level Calendar Management
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
Superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance
Strong analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to design and improve processes
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments simultaneously

Work EnvironmentThis role is based onsite in Seattle. The Executive Assistant will work with two different teams, including program tech-heavy folks and UX designers. There is significant visibility into working with executives and some AI work for sellers.
