Description:Hybrid onsite Tues-Thursday shift 8 a.m.-4:30 pm.A large food and beverage firm is looking to hire a skilled Executive Assistant to support 2 C-Suite managers. This role is a three-month contract with a possible extension. This role will be working with PowerPoint and expense reporting systems. Will help support booking flights and hotels via a travel system. Strong communication skills and good setting up moral events for up to 50 people at times.
