This position supports the Imaging Systems business within the Western Washington area. This position will be responsible for customer relationship management through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, troubleshoot, service, and Diagnosis and Treatment imaging solutions at customer sites.Your role:

Building, deploying and/or integrating Diagnosis and Treatment imaging solutions.

Collaborate on fulfilling technical implementation deliverables such as detailed design documentation, system build, configuration, and testing.

Based on customer requirements, serves as a consultant to provide technical recommendations that best suit the environment

Resolve technical issues and offers proactive technical support.

Documentation of solutions to ensure support teams and other consultants can participate in support and onward development.

Represents Philips professionally in both customer and internal team situations.

You're the right fit if:

Located in or near the Seattle/Western Washington area.

Associate degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience; BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred.

2+ years of experience in diagnostic imaging, preferably in a field service environment.

Previous field service experience with X-Ray, MR, and/or CT preferred

Knowledge of computers and networking; PC competency to include utilization of Microsoft Office Suite products.

Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment, including knowledge and use of all necessary tools and test equipment.

Ability to read and interpret schematics and site drawings with minimal assistance.

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
