Atrilogy Solutions Group is seeking a Field Service Technician for a Full-time, Direct hire position for our client in the Greater Seattle/ Tacoma Area. This role will include travel both in the local area to service, repair and install their machines as well as occasional travel to other locations throughout the country to aid on larger projects when needed. Primary Role
Preventative maintenance and component-level diagnostics, troubleshooting and repair of parking pay stations and meter equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

  • Monitor assigned accounts for meter-generated events, warnings, and alarms
  • Respond to all assigned support tickets and alarms within the service level agreement timeline
  • Fully test and troubleshoot meters to diagnosis and resolve the problem(s)
  • Load and test programming and verify meter communication
  • Promptly and professionally update all assigned support tickets with troubleshooting steps and resolution of any issues and parts replaced
  • Schedule and conduct preventive maintenance on meters as required in each maintenance agreement
  • Replace damaged decals and remove graffiti if found on meters
  • Tag, log and track all parts that are replaced and installed into the meters
  • Clean and stock service vehicle daily
  • Report all vehicle maintenance needs so service can be scheduled
  • Comply with all laws (including driving laws) and company policies, practices and procedures Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
  • Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience working with 12v DC powered systems, wireless data modems and unattended payment terminals such as vending machines
Physical Demands and Requirements:
  • Working outdoors in all weather conditions and changing weather conditions such as rain, sun, snow, and wind.
  • Moderate physical activity performing somewhat strenuous daily activities including lifting and carrying or moving up to 75lbs
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items, works with the fingers, and perceives attributes of objects and materials
  • Ability to work with hand tools and small electrical tools
