Description We are offering a role for a Front Desk Coordinator in Seattle, Washington. As a Front Desk Coordinator, your key role will be managing all receptionist and clerical duties at our front desk. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they have exceptional experiences. This role is a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, determine their needs and guide them accordingly. Answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls effectively. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries about our services. Manage bookings effectively, schedule appointments, and keep calendars updated. Maintain office security protocols such as managing visitor logs and issuing visitor badges. Process company receipts, invoices, and bills accurately. Coordinate the mail flow in and out of the office effectively. Ensure the reception area is always tidy and presentable. Assist with various administrative tasks such as scanning, faxing, and filing documents. Collaborate with other teams and assist with special administrative projects as necessary.
