We are currently hiring a Game Designer to oversee Combat Scripting for Bosses and Ultra Bosses to join our team and develop unique, exciting and fun gaming experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Creating well-documented designs and fun gameplay features.
  • Work closely with narrative design to ensure the story is carried out well throughout each level.
  • Collaborating closely and ensuring alignment with programmers, artists, and developers.
  • Iterating, play-testing and analyzing user feedback and social metrics to adjust gameplay and design to continuously push the boundaries of the game's design and feature set.
  • Stay up to date with the latest player trends and incorporating these where applicable.

Key Requirements
  • 5+ years experience as a game designer focused on action combat.
  • Must have examples of blueprint scripts in UE4 to show and discuss during interview
  • Must have experience using UE4 Ai Tools
  • Bonus Points for C knowledge
  • You possess a deep and comprehensive knowledge of the games industry and game design (learning curve, directing the player, difficulty levels, balancing, pacing, motivation & reward cycle, accessibility).
  • You are passionate about playing games across multiple genres.
  • You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions.
  • You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
