Job Description

The Head of Operator Partnerships North America is a leadership role in the region that is accountable for the achievement of business results in the assigned region through monetization of

telecom products,

connectivity optimization and effective

team management.

Head of Operator Partnerships North Americacarries the responsibility of contributing to the achievement of the department goals that are represented in company’s revenue increase through successful strategies and effective team management.

Other Responsibilities include:

  • Overall accountability for identifying

    new and strategically important opportunities in North America whilemaximizing the revenue coming from the existing partners
  • Leading and coordinating the sales process towards the telecoms until deployment, driving better connectivity positioning in the United States and Canada and therefore a higher competitiveness on the market
  • Generating new profit and reference with each new product integration with the telecoms and leading some telecom deals and projects that are strategically important
  • Strivingto keep up with the updates on the products and is the go-to person in the region for all telecom products
  • Managing and recruiting team members while cooperating with multiple departments within North America and globally. This position will be building out the functions of the department.

Qualifications

More about you:

  • You are professional with vast experience in the telecom industry (10+ years working with carriers preferred, you will be doing a lot of business development the first year)
  • You have a strong network and developed a personal brand with the top carriers in North America
  • You have exceptional communication and presentation skills, toward both technical and non-technical audience
  • You are a problem solver with a strategic mindset
  • You have a strong customer-centric approach (customer satisfaction is at all times your priority)
  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Communications, IT, Telecommunications or other related degrees; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Jog and dry-run CNC machine to set up processing. Operate fiber laser equipment. CNC system programming, both at the machine control and with offline software. Provide manufacturing feedback to design engineers. Provide process improvement feedback to process engineers. Safely work within an industrial environment. Minimum Qualifications: 2+ years\' experience with CNC Machines Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Ability to set-up and accurately position large scale hardware. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Preferred Experience: 3-5 years\' experience with CNC Machines. Understanding of laser optics and processes such as cutting and welding, and part set up - including knowledge of laser safety practices. CNC G-code language online programming.
