The AWS Global Partner Investment and Incentive Team is seeking an experienced Investment and Incentive Product Manager to manage the internal operation processes and insight analysis on the health of the business. You must be able to conduct financial analysis and provide business insight data. This is the right role for someone with the drive to pay attention to details, work effectively with other business and finance teams, take ownership of complex cases and tasks from internal stakeholders and external partners, and react effectively to dynamic challenges in a fast-paced, a fast-paced environment. You will have the desire to grow with the team and is passionate about working in a lean, fast-paced organization.Key job responsibilitiesDirect ownership of delivering desired tooling experience that meet the business needs.Serve as Subject Matter Expert between business teams and technical teams such as systems and services teams.Effectively communicate and collaborate across multiple stakeholders such as AWS Sales, Partner Core, Service teams, System teams.Communicate clearly and effectively to executive management on the plans, status, and critical issues, while also escalate urgent issues appropriately and driving them to closure.Own internal operation processes managed by Investment and Incentive team.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Bellevue, WA, USA | Seattle, WA, USABasic Qualifications

3+ years of product management experience

Experience managing technical products or online services

Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups) at an advanced level

The base pay for this position ranges from $104,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
