Marketing and advertising analytics are a critical influencer in what drives marketing success and is in constant exploration for clients as the discipline of a data-first mentality evolves marketing.This person will work across our Marketing, Advertising, and Commerce functions within the Experience Agency team, to support data-driven, analytical decision-making for our clients. This person will work cross-functionally between teams to guide measurement frameworks, learning agendas, data strategy, and performance analytics. Key responsibilities include:

Lead the development and execution of data-driven strategies across Marketing, Advertising, and Commerce functions, employing a blend of marketing and advertising analytics, audience segmentation, and performance analytics.

Design and execute both analysis and attribution solutions to uncover insights and demonstrate the impact of your recommendations across all channels.

Utilize your expertise in marketing mix modeling, attribution solutions, and a wide array of analytics from omnichannel measurement to audience discovery.

Navigate through extensive datasets using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, Google Ads Data Hub, and Amazon Marketing Cloud, transforming data into actionable insights through compelling storytelling.

Spearhead the creation of measurement plans, testing strategies, and dashboards using leading data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Datorama, Data Studio, Looker).

Provide thought leadership on ad technologies and their evolution in a cookieless media landscape, understanding the impact on addressable tactics like TV, CRM, mobile, search, display, etc.

Serve as a mentor, supporting the career development of team members and fostering the growth of our practice with a focus on excellence and innovation.

At least 8+ years of experience in managing digital marketing/advertising analytics, including marketing mix model and/or attribution solutions for complex, large-scale clients.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Ability to travel 30%, on average, based on the work you do and the client and industries/sectors you serve.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, Tableau, or other data analysis tools, with a high level of competence in digital analytics and tag management solutions.

Exceptional project management skills, with a proven track record of managing work and meeting deadlines in a highly organized and autonomous manner.
