In this role, you will provide leadership, organizes the strategy, validates, and maintains the technology solutions across the HR organization. Ensures that initiatives meet data integrity, security, and operational precision as required by the business. You will also manage operational aspects of People Technology systems (HRIS, LMS, ATS) and ensures that technology solutions align with McKinstry\'s People Strategy.
