Work you'll do
As a Kronos Implementation Senior Consultant, you should expect to be involved in the following:
•Drive resources to deliver outcomes and work products
•Expected to have demonstrated leadership experience, self-accountable to the outputs of the team
•Take responsibility for leading teams, delivering work and designing the work effort
•Proactively identify project issues and recommend viable solutions
•Emerging business advisor, Project/Workstream Manager, Leader of others, sales support

Qualifications

Required:
•4+ years of related experience
•Consulting experience required
•Superior knowledge of the HR function & processes
•Experience with Kronos Advanced Scheduler, Time & Attendance, and/or WIM
•Experience leading the full lifecycle of a project or workstream including, Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing
•Experience leading requirements gathering workshops or facilitating meetings
•Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization
•Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
•Experience with and desire to mentor junior staff
•Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Ability to travel up to 50% (While up to 50% travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)

Preferred:
•6+ years of related experience
•Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
