Description Boutique, Full-Service Litigation Firm in Seattle is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team. At least two years of experience in employment or construction law is ideal. The billable target is a manageable 1700 with a bonus earned on every hour thereafter. Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial work.
Work closely with a team of attorneys to manage caseloads from commencement to completion.
Foster valuable client relationships and meet existing clients' legal needs.
Liaise professionally with opposing counsels, court personnel, and other legal parties to advocate effectively for clients and expedite case resolution.
Seek continuous professional development to advance legal knowledge and litigation skills.
Compensation and Benefits:The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $140,000. 2+ years of practical litigation experience, with an emphasis in employment law or construction law preferred.
A licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar.
Superior critical thinking abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to work optimally under pressure.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills as well as strong interpersonal abilities
