Description A boutique law firm in Downtown Seattle is searching for a Litigation Legal Assistant to support their team. This is a hybrid position that will allow flexibility to work from home multiple days a week after onboarding. Requirements include: Washington State litigation experience, including ECF in both State and Federal courts. Candidate must be accustomed to working as a team member and have good prooing, spelling, and editing skills, in addition to strong work planning and organizational skills.Daily tasks will include:
Run conflicts for attorneys; proof letters, memos, pleadings and briefs;
Assist in finalizing pleadings; draft letters and pleadings;
File pleadings in Washington and Oregon Federal, State and Appellate courts;
Print documents for the attorneys, as well as process documents received from other parties; docket;
Schedule depositions; back up other secretaries as necessary; make travel arrangements for attorneys;
