This position is for an Global Roadmap Program Manager for the Seller University Learning and Development (L&D) team.Key job responsibilitiesAs Localization Program Manager for Seller University, you will be responsible for managing complex localization processes, and working with global stakeholders including program managers, content strategy leads, learning experience designers, and language service providers. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge in localizing multimedia rich content such as video, PDF and elearning. They will also be well versed in program management, and have the skills to drive strategic localization initiatives aiming for operational excellence, quality assurance, and establish best practice against our team’s goals.Key job responsibilitiesManage multiple end-to-end localization productions that are in different phases such as defining scope, planning to execution.Report localization production status in program reviews, and as part of our stakeholder communication.Manage the work of external agencies and vendors to create bar-raising localized contentHelp identify areas for improvement in our tools or process that scale the team and reduce time-to-launch.Provide support for implementing new workflows, and optimizing existing workflows.About the teamAmazon Seller University's mission is to educate global sellers with high-quality, multi-modality content covering tools, features, and programs, to empower and equip them to run a successful business. 3+ years of program or project management experience

3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Experience of managing localization production using project management (i.e, Airtable) and translation management tools and systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

Experience utilizing Machine Translation systems and GenAI to automate simplify translation processes.

The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
