For Victorian based employees, the compliance date is 26 November 2021.All other global Boeing locations do not have a vaccination requirement at this time.The Boeing Company is hiring a Manufacturing Operations Analyst Manager (Level K) to support the 737 Max Program in Seattle, Washington.The successful candidate must be able to develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.Position Responsibilities:Manages employees performing advanced technical knowledge and leadership to manufacturing projects to resolve production concerns.
Manages employees performing activities to develop, coordinate and provide data/metrics for business plans, budget, personnel projections, meetings and leadership briefings.
Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
Manages, develops and motivates employees.
Interface with flight crews, engineering, management, suppliers, and customers to meet product requirements and ensure customer acceptance.

Ability to work high overtime, holidays, and weekends.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
3+ years’ experience in the aerospace industry.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):2+ years of leadership experience.
2+ years of experience managing others.
1+ year of flight line operations experience.
Experience working with live customers.
Proficiency using CMES and Velocity software.
Experience with Process Knowledge & Documentation.
Proficient Analytical Skills.
Proficient in Root Cause Identification.
Ability to adapt to emergent requirements.
Experience in presenting information and material to groups.
Experience in project management from initiating to executing.
Experience in rate planning and readiness/production system capability.
Knowledge and experience in problem solving and process improvements.
Knowledge and experience in interpreting and compiling data.
