We are looking for amazing talent to help us get there.A career in Alexa means you’ll be working to shape the future of Alexa, solving unique marketing and product challenges at scale, and helping to create safer, more trustworthy shared experiences for everyone.We are looking for a Head of Product Marketing to partner with our Trust & Safety Product Management teams.In this role, you will work cross-functionally and develop close relationships across Engineering, Product Management, Public Policy, Public Relations, Legal, Research and the broader Go to Market team. You must have outstanding marketing strategy and execution skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams, influencing senior leadership and launching products for consumers and creators.Key job responsibilitiesLead the launch process and drive the go-to-market (GTM) strategy to develop product feature strategy, including naming, positioning, and messaging that will resonate with our audiences and differentiate our products in the market.Develop compelling, evergreen content that educates all partners (consumers, policy makers, press) on the product experience and our Trust & Safety princplesStay on the pulse of the industry when building go-to-market strategies, messaging and positioning. Anticipate movement within our competitive space and users to predict market trends and product needs.Collaborate between Engineering, Product Management, Public Policy, Partnerships, Developer Relations, Research and legal teams. Become a trusted advisor to these teams.Partner with Product Management to support the vision for our roadmap through the eyes of our end-users.Communicate audience feedback to fuel improvement to existing products and messaging.Create Global product marketing playbooks and assets in partnership with Creative, that reflect the needs of multiple regions across the worldCollaborate with the marketing channel teams (email, offline, social, advertising) to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand perception life/feature adoption.Establish KPIs for all programs, create results forecasts, and track performance to ensure plans are delivering expected business outcomes: product adoption, retention, and user sentiment.Create a consistent and compelling narrative across channels and product lines, maintaining strong messaging hierarchy and effective content strategy plansDraw on qualitative and quantitative insights to understand product adoption, usage, and retention across customer segmentsRecommend new product ideas and marketing strategiesAdvise on competitive analyses and consumer research efforts to understand key consumer segments and define opportunitiesPartner with regional teams to advise on local product marketing campaignsBasic Qualifications

6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

Experience managing teams

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders

Experience in e-commerce, digital products or entertainment industries

The base pay for this position ranges from $141,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $233,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
