Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant Job DescriptionWe are seeking 4-6 passionate Medical Assistants to join our team in Seattle. This role involves providing primary care to mostly low-income and uninsured families and individuals, seniors on fixed incomes, and immigrants. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, utilize their skills fully, and are reliable. The position requires working Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with free parking available around the building.Responsibilities

Reviewing patient schedules

Taking patient histories and vitals

Cleaning and restocking patient rooms

Assisting providers or nurses with examinations or in-clinic procedures, including in-room documentation and note-taking to ensure accurate and timely medical records

Performing some phlebotomy and lab tests

Helping with patient education

Assisting with cleaning and restocking shelves

Essential Skills

Certified Medical Assistant through WA DOH

1-2 years of experience (new graduates acceptable)

BLS certification

Phlebotomy

Experience with Epic

Appointment scheduling

Experience with MAR, RMA, MAC

Additional Skills & Qualifications

1-2 years of experience ideal, but willing to consider new graduates

MA-C preferred, but MA-R considered for highly skilled candidates

Work EnvironmentThis role requires onsite work from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The location offers free parking and serves a diverse population.
