DescriptionThe Selling Partner Fees team owns the end-to-end fees experience for two million active third party sellers. This includes the fee strategy, platforms, operations, seller experience, integrity, and fee science. We provide scalable technology to monetize all services available to third-party sellers across Amazon Stores WW.We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to own end-to-end fee products and solutions across our fee platform and implementation domain. Principal PM is expected to dive deep into fee technologies from a product, technical, and seller perspective, working with software engineers, scientists, and business partners to define, build, enhance, and launch technology-driven products and services. These products might be software, technical services or programs, or new fee types, and stakeholders include everyone from software developers to senior business leaders. You will own the roadmap in terms of both short term priorities as well as long term vision.The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, extensive product management experience, proven data analysis capabilities, familiarity partnering with software development teams, and strong business acumen. They will be comfortable with high ambiguity, complex architecture, and will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with high impact.Key job responsibilities Build services that technical and business customers can leverage to monetize their business', meet a high bar for seller experience, and enable integrity at scale Manage and execute large projects from start to finish including project management, data gathering and manipulation, synthesis and modeling, problem solving, defining requirements and managing technical execution of changes. Engage with stakeholders and customers throughout the entire product lifecycle Define and drive creative, detailed product definition of new capabilities Manage prioritization and trade-offs among competing high value opportunities Work closely with engineering teams to deliver products to market Partner with engineering, business, scientists, product managers, and finance to identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present executive level business recommendations.A day in the life Review a PRFAQ with leadership to align on the vision for a new product Lead a Sprint planning session with technical partners Deep Dive an escalation, define a path to resolution, and communicate plan with senior leadership Review Seller or Customer anecdotes to understand common pain-points Collaborate across sister departments to align roadmaps to joint goals Review the high level design for a new capabilityAbout the teamThe Selling Partner Fees team owns the end-to-end fees experience for two million active third party sellers. 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

10+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience

Bachelor's degree

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Experience with end to end product delivery

Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Experience as a product manager or owner

Preferred Qualifications

Experience owning technology products

The base pay for this position ranges from $129,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $240,900/year in our highest geographic market.
