Execute daily maintenance activities for staffing and hiring programs.
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects and programs.
Manage and communicate project/program progress and milestones effectively.
QualificationsMandatory Skills/Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
2-3 years of experience in project/program coordination or management.
Desired Skills/Qualifications:
Experience in staffing, recruiting, or resource management.
Moderate to advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, SQL, or relevant database tools.
Proven experience managing projects through full lifecycles, including handling competing priorities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse audiences.

Experience identifying opportunities for improvement and measuring initiative success.
