Job DescriptionDemonstrated knowledge of program and project management methodologies waterfall, agile, kanban, etc.  Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, program development, resource allocation, budget management, and risk assessment.  Proficiency in program management software and tools to facilitate efficient program planning, tracking, and reporting.  Strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and ability to develop effective partnerships across the company to engage, align, and gain stakeholder buy-in. Job Description  Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize information, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.  Ability to communicate effectively across written, verbal, and presentation formats to all levels of the organization from team members to executives.  Ability to provide executive summaries  Strong organization and time management skills to keep programs on track. Bachelor degree or equivalent experience

MBA or equivalent desired

PMP, PgMP, or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable

5+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex, high-impact projects at technology-based companies or within technical domains. null
